I suppose I etched it in the sand (one day last fall) because I'm happy to say I've finally found my professional purpose after obtaining 2 undergrad degrees, one master's, dropping out of another master's, holding several jobs, a couple existential crises and a good share of therapy. 

The purpose of my work is to help people develop a positive relationship with food. I aim to guide individuals towards peace with food and their bodies and freedom from food rules, diet culture, and the anxiety and stress that such rigidity promotes.

    Not many foods are chock full of tasty flavor, enj Not many foods are chock full of tasty flavor, enjoyable texture AND boat loads of nutrients. Edamame pasta gives high amounts of protein, complex carbs, fiber, iron and potassium!  And yes, my kids eat them happily too! Really!!
