Philosophy

As the mother of three school-aged girls, one of my greatest personal goals is to create a positive environment around food and fitness. My professional mission extends this passion for healthful habits to all others. My approach to optimum nutrition is based on whole foods, not shakes, supplements or special “diet” products. This method is affordable, endorsed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and has proven results. Clients describe me as approachable and skilled at addressing their needs in a compassionate, comprehensive and encouraging manner.
