With Tiffany Calcutt, MBA, RDN, LD
Coaching children and adults about healthy eating behaviors is some of the most rewarding work we do. Whether helping a tentative ten-year-old broaden his palate to accept a new vegetable, having a twelve-year-old plate out proper portion sizes or teaching a high school senior how to eat well as a vegetarian, these “lessons” plant the seed for a healthier future.
We always seek input from the child’s primary care provider in advance of appointments and likewise share our findings in return, ensuring a team-approach to quality care.
We meet with children and their families for the following conditions:
- Weight management
- Healthy family feeding
- Celiac disease
- Allergies & intolerances
- Sports nutrition
