My name is Tiffany Calcutt and I’m a non-diet dietitian. An oxymoron, you say? Nah, it simply means you won’t see me focusing on your weight. Rather, we’ll zero in on your health goals and behaviors.
With a Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating aligned approach, I teach strategies for letting go of food rules and re-connecting with your innate abilities to eat in a satisfying way. Together we’ll work to un-learn what diet culture has taught us to believe. You’ll gain peace with food and trust in your body which lead to a life with far more brain space and energy for what brings you joy.
